I have only used this once. It seemed to be working just fine. I have an older one that I am still using, but bought this one if my current one eventually breaks down. I am 89 years old and still have all my teeth, although some are crowned. I credit my good dental health to the use of a waterpik for many years.

I just got a NEW WP-100 Water Pik to replace my old one in which the hose broke. Now I wish I replaced the hose. The motor on the new one is no where are smooth or powerful as the old one. Just don't make em like they used to
