Bought this to replace older unit. Whenever I go to my dentist to have my teeth cleaned which is twice a year, I hardly have any plaque on my teeth and my gums are very healthy. The results of my check-up always pass with flying colors.
I recently completed 2 years of extensive (and expensive) total restoration. I find that I can clean all the right areas that I couldn’t seem to be able to floss as well as I wanted. I also have a issue with dry mouth and find that the flow of the water helps sooth irritation.
We love our waterpik. We noticed that just brushing your teeth doesn't always get into the little spaces. Waterpik does. This is our second waterpik. We had our first one for many years. Waterpik does an awesome job.
I bought this device and its alright...just WAY TOO LOUD! Its annoying when i am trying to sleep and husband is waterpiking away or vice versa. I won't even use it if he is asleep...
I never thought that waterpik could make a big difference in my dental and emotional body because this product is really worth it to buy it. It really make me happy to use it because I have seen a big difference in my dental and mouth hygiene which give me confidence to use it.
I ordered a blue unit. It is a nice color. Comes with plenty of attachments. Works great on my teeth. Trouble I have is after 2 uses, it has started leaking. So we fill it each time we use it instead of letting any water sit in it..cause it ends up all over the counter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are glad the you are, overall, happy with the product. Please note that as explained in the instruction manual, any liquid should be emptied from the reservoir after each use, as it is gravity fed. Water should not be left in the reservoir between uses. We hope this information helps.

We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the pause button. This model does carry a three year warranty. However, it sounds like the unit/handle may just need to be cleaned.
