It has so many features, many more than more expensive models. I chose the Waterpik brand because of it's reliability. I have an older one that is over 25 years old!

After using this for a week or so, I knew that I loved the Pic. I now use it every day. I put one cap full of Listerine and fill the reservoir the rest of the way with warm water. Be patient and take your time. It's a little tricky with the button being held in to stop the flow but you will get use to it and stop spraying the walls soon. ;^) LoL I wish I had tried the Pic sooner in life, it is just that good.

I have been a long time customer for waterpik. This is my second machine.
After 6 months my blue plastic water tub has cracked. The machine works perfectly. I hate to think that I need to buy a whole new machine. I threw my box away after it worked well. Love my waterpik...

Plus' Compact, takes little space on the bathroom vanity top, Very quiet. Really cleans between the teeth. Many very useful tips. Very clever storage space in the tank top for the extra tips. Excellent value.
Minus' Only one ... very minor ...a place on the outside of the unit to store the tip I use everyday rather than putting the tip in the tank top storage space after each use.
