I got this on December 6 and started using it that very evening. Right from that first use---on setting #1 even---my mouth felt different: tingly, fresh, cleaner than just brushing. It's been nearly two weeks now and I'm wondering what took me so long to buy a Waterpik! I use it after breakfast and before bed along with my electric toothbrush, and I'm very pleased with the results. I can hardly wait for my next hygiene appt! One last thing: now I look forward to flossing after brushing, and that's a first! I never got excited about the chore of using string floss, and I definitely did NOT floss twice a day like I do now!

First time we have bought a water flosser. So far so good. The product is a little weak, it's not built very sturdy. Feels like it might break if you are not careful.
