I bought this model a month or so ago, and so far so good. I have very hard water so I buy distilled water to use in it. I bought several of the other models, and they lasted only a very short time, and my bad for not keeping receipts, but they were very disappointing. I hope this one lasts.

Water reserve tank leaks- does not hold water

I purchased this model for my husband and it was great for awhile. After a few months, the water tank started to leak. The tank no longer holds water and it ends up all over the counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there -
We are sorry to hear the unit is leaking. The reservoir is not intended to store water in between uses. As indicated in the instruction manual, any remaining liquid should be emptied from reservoir after each use.
