My Boyfriend bought this for me as a Christmas gift. It's a product I've been interested in trying for a few years now. I only have a few complaints and concerns. All the tips don't fit in the case which is concerning for me because I don't like the idea of the tools sitting out and being exposed to bacteria. Speaking of bacteria I think a cleaning or sanitizing solution should be provided for cleaning the machine and tools. I also think that for a slightly higher price I would buy a waterpik with a heated water feature for those of us who have sensitive teeth
