I’ve had a waterpik for several years but it was degrading. The hose leaked and eventually broke off and the handle shut off stopped working. I purchased a new one and it works great! Even has a travel size one so I can take with me. It was a great purchase!

Lid itself needs to snap shut. Hose needs to be more flexible, difficult to stretch out to use. Other than that, I like the unit. Performs as advertised.
