I bought my Water Pik one month ago after being diagnosed with Peridontal disease - gums were bleeding and my pre-cleaning exam showed deep gum impressions near the back quadrants of my upper and lower jaws. So I decided to get serious about reversing my diagnosis. I brush twice daily and use my Water Pik with warm water, hydrogen peroxide, and mouth rinse twice daily. No more bleeding or soreness of gums whatsoever in one month’s time and my teeth look great!
