I unfortunately I am not as pleased with my purchase as I thought I would be. Find the force of the water jet not to be very strong/forceful. Using the Water pic is very messy even if I bend over sink to use. Having a back problem makes this very uncomfortable.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product. Waterpik has recently elected to make a change to our water flosser products to be more compliant with energy efficiency. The change included changing our motors to a high voltage direct current style, reducing the wattage consumption from 34 watts to 14 watts. The new high efficiency motor is lighter, and may subsequently produce a louder motor sound when operating. We stand by the quality of our products and the three-year warranty.
