Have been using the WP-100 after replacing a previous model for many and think it has improved our dental health! Unfortunately there is not proper parts support for Canadians. The wand/hose assembly tends to be the weakest part of the design. Cost of a proper replacement from Waterpik is prohibitive because of shipping/brokerage costs. After market replacements do not work well as the hoses are too soft and reduce the pulsation pressure. Waterpik should make factory replacement parts available through Amazon.ca. This is done by some other USA companies to provide proper Canadian customer support for their products. Bought this within the past 2 months and have been using it on a regular basis. It is easy to use and does a thorough rinse. My mouth and teeth feel very refreshed when I have completed the use cycle.
I bought this a few weeks ago and I an really disappointed in the amount of noise it makes when it is turned on. My old one was much quieter. Very disappointed!!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product. Waterpik has recently elected to make a change to our Water Flosser products to be more compliant with energy efficiency. The change included changing our motors to a high voltage direct current style, reducing the wattage consumption from 34 watts to 14 watts. The new high efficiency motor is lighter, and may subsequently produce a louder motor sound when operating.
