Purchased it 3 weeks ago and thought it was great but that changed the valve in the tank leaks when you fill it up to place on machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear this is happening. The device was not designed to retain water and any residual water left behind after use is likely to leak due to the gravity-fed design. This WaterPik product seems to do a good job. The only difficulty is that the electrical cord is too short to reach the plug, so I have to use an extension cord to use the WaterPik.

After 1 year used water tub was broken from handle and was impossible to fix it.

I have had this for almost 1 month and I bought this product because I have braces. When I dont have the time to floss(which is super tedious) I use the waterpik flosser. It has changed my way of thinking about dental hygiene. Its super easy to use and does the job great!
