I have used a Waterpik product for years. I am very disappointed in the new design. The reservoir is too small. I have to add water throughout my cleaning to be able to do my entire mouth. Also, I have the dial up to 10 and the water jet does not seem as strong as my older model. If I can ever find one of the older products, I will go back to it. This one is not a winner in my opinion.

Noisy and messy

Bought this as a Christmas gift. I will be contacting, for a full refund, based on the following: The unit is excessively noisy. Especially as you need to keep the main pump unit so close due to the main feed hose only being approximately 90cm in length. This would not be too much of an issue, however, as you need to have your head down into the sink (for water to escape) the noise reverberates into the bowl making it louder. Noise would not be too much of an issue if you could place the unit above head height, however due to the continuous water being emitted (even when the unit is switched off) this is not possible. The unit needs to be lower than the operating height. The are 2 ways to stop the water flow. 1, turn the unit off. Again, if the unit is higher than the flossing head, gravity allows the water to escape the unit. 2, use the pause button on the flossing handle. The only issue with this is that once the pause button is engaged, it becomes even noisier than normal operation! All in all, a good concept but due to these poor technical issues, I would not recommend using this product.

Great little machine

The waterpic works well. I have used it for about a year and love it. However, the rubber washer that keeps the water in the basin leaks and I can't seem to find a replacement. The motor still works and it is in perfect condition otherwise.
