This is the only way my mouth can be truly clean as I have deep pockets and flossing and rinsing did not get it done. Also I get plaque buildup easily and using the waterpik means my dental checkups are faster and more successful!

Have not had this unit very long and the water container will not seal when I remove to refill, it just leaks through the plastic/rubber that allows water to enter the pump.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the unit, it functions very well, everything you need to start using it is in the box. The only 2 things that prevented me giving the unit a 5 star rating, is the hose, and the lid. I personally find the hose a little short and I fear kinking the hose due to some of the angles needed to clean all teeth. I also find the lid isn’t very functional, it has to be removed to fill and empty the rank. An alternative design might be a hinges lid with a covered pour/ filling spout. But over all the unit functions very well, and I am happy with the purchase.
