Instructions are very clear and makes the Waterpik easy to use. I'm impressed with the large reservoir. Does an excellent job of cleaning between the teeth. The WP 100 went above my expectations
I like the product, though am not sure about manufacturing quality...had to buy a second one, because right after the warranty expired on my first purchase, the "pause" button for the water flow on the handle got stuck, and I could no longer pause the water flow. But, when the product is working, I like it.

We are sorry to hear this happened with your previous unit. Running distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit and handle regularly, as recommended, will prevent the issue by breaking down any buildup that may be accumulating. Here is a link to our cleaning blog that has detailed cleaning instructions.
The hose on the WP-100 is replaceable. If you ever need assistance in the future, just let us know! You can email me directly at smreviews@waterpik.com. Or, call customer service at 1-800-525-2774.
I'm very happy with my Waterpik so far. The only complaint that I have is once I'm done with whatever Pik I've used it takes forever to dry it up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pause button should be changed

Purchased the product the other day for my 15 year old. Turned on to use and water spraying everywhere. Pause button stops the water but very complicated for kid. In my opinion the pause button should start the flow not stop it. Would be much easier to control. Happy with the way it cleans the teeth but extremely disappointed at the design. Difficult to use. Do not recommend for young children. They really should consider changing the design. Not sure what the thought process was when designing this
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Probably the best water flosser I've owned

So I've had various types and brands of water flossers for the past 2 1/2 years because of having braces. I can honestly say this unit is by far (maybe) the best one I've owned. I love the fact that its not as harsh as some of the other ones I've used but It gets all the food particles trapped in my braces so well, and my teeth feels so good and clean after I use it. I use this pik on level 10 because I've been using water flossers for so long now that I'm used to the pressure.
This unit is lightweight vs. what I had and used since 2011. I believe that 9 years of usage is a good characteristic. On the other side it is much noisier which can not be justified, though is not a big deal for my family.
