I bought another, and am using it on power setting 6, instead of eight, and it seems to be o.k. so long as you do not use it on a higher power setting. The second one is just like the first, so I feel this unit is not rugged and poorly made. I do not recommend his unit..

I bought this about a month ago. I like it and it works well. I wish it had a little easier way to store things as I did purchase extra parts. All in all I am very satisfied with how it works. Extra brushes and other parts on the high side.
Bought this on the recommendation of a friend and am very satisfied, so far. I am looking forward to seeing if my next dental checkup shows an improvement. Flossing is difficult in some of the spaces where my teeth are very close together, so this works much better.
its very loud. If you select the last setting, the water can be depleted after two uses.

We are sorry that you are not happy with the product. It is a motor driven appliance and as with other common household motor driven appliances, some noise is normal. The reservoir is not designed to store water. We actually recommend that you empty the reservoir after each use.
My family are first time users of any type of waterpik. It’s not child friendly, unless you like water sprayed all over the place and the kids have a hard time not drinking the water that should be spit out. This review isn’t against the waterpik company itself, but I thought it would be easier to use for children. Even my myself I don’t like to use it, I’d rather use the good old dental floss!

We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the product. There can be a bit of a learning curve when you start water flossing. Here is a link to our how-to video:https://youtu.be/tmBcEf2jfks

I guess it works just fine - if you are familiar with how a water pik works. I've never had one before and the instructions are written for someone that has had one previously. I still prefer a manual toothbrush but my dentist wanted me to get one.

Hello IASS - We are sorry you had some trouble getting the hang of the WP-100 unit. There is definitely a trick to using the water flosser. Here is a link to a quick video that might help. https://youtu.be/6lWWbOqMhdQ
