I guess the “true” ratings will depend on my next visit to the hygienist! Using it every evening since it arrived. Appears to dislodge more food even after a flossing and brushing.

Good product, the second one I have bought. Had to replace the wand and it’s hose on the first one, and the hook on the front of the unit also broke and was not replaceable. Bad for me, good for Waterpik. A screw mounted hook would be better.
