The WP-100 works great! My teeth /gums feel so much cleaner & healthier. The only thing I don’t like is the lid/tip case that sets atop the water reservoir of the unit. It falls into the water if you don’t place it just right. Annoying to keep retrieving it from the water. Otherwise, great unit.
The best Waterpik ever! This is my second one of this particular model. The motor on the first one died after a few years of use and I tried to get by on a less expensive model but was very frustrated with it because it did not have the on/off water switch on the handle. It also had only three pressure control settings while this unit has ten. This one might cost a few dollars more, but it's worth every penny!

I just bought my third WP-100. The switch on the handle failed on the first two after two or three years. I use it everyday, so that is 700-1000+ uses, and about 16 times that for switch operations. Still the best flosser out there for me.

Bought my last WaterPic in 1996 and only bought a new one now because I could not get the pics for it any more. I trust this new model will last just as long.
