So far, so good. It takes time to know if it is reliable. It does sound a bit loud however. This is better than the portable one and I feel than it can do a better job because of higher pressure and longer cycle ( bigger reservoir ). So far, I am very please with it.

I love cleaning my teeth with this thing! My dentist suggested a diluted bleach solution; I use warm water and it feels so good to keep my teeth clean. So glad I purchased this!

I've had a handheld Waterpik for years, but decided to try this countertop model, and I love it! It's small enough to sit on the counter and more powerful than the handheld. I still have the handheld for travelling.
