Well made. Container holding picks is very nice. Water hose is stiff. Very loud. I will not go with the basic model next time.

This waterpik is easier to store because of its smaller size and the off and on switch that controls the water coming out of the pik makes it easier to control the water coming out of the pik.

I'm a first-time buyer of Waterpic and I think its prremise of deep cleaning is good, however it is extremly loud and I've tried most of the attachments but find even though I've thoroughly cleaned my teeth, I still have to use a brush to clean the surface of my teeth. I don't know if this is normal but seems a waste of time and $$ to have to keep brushing!
