Functionally OK. Ergonomically fair to poor: (1)numbers for speed/pressure too light to read without 20-20 vision- dark grey or black would be better; (2) previous hand-held applicator was round (cross section); this one is oval and more difficult to use-it turns both in my hand and on its swivel during use and does not fit as well into its holder after use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Husband and I started using because of dentist recommendation. Researched other water pics and chose this one based on size, price and reviews. Did not disappoint! I’m almost becoming addicted to using the water pic, makes my teeth and mouth really feel great and gets all the particles out between my teeth and gums. I highly recommend this water pic.

It does its job, no doubt. But, its actually loud. I would say look up the reviews on the sound on the higher end models if that's a deal breaker for sure, theres no way your not going to wake up your partner or kids, especially your pets. Really good item still.

Decided to upgrade after years of wear on my old smaller, hand held version. I am very happy with the decision! The tank holds enough water at night for both me and my partner to floss. I love the tip storage at the top with varying colors of tips included (perfect for multiple people using it). I also love the clear difference in pressure with each level! I loved my old flosser, but this one is even better!
