Have noticed a difference in the quality of my gums after the 14 day challenge app provided by Waterpik. Overall I would rate this product as excellent. My only complaint is that the motor runs quite loud for such a small appliance. Otherwise, no complaints. Would recommend.

I bought this in November 2022 to replace a 5-year old more expensive Waterpik model 660 whose motor evidently burned out (it simply stopped pumping). It should have lasted longer, but it definitely improved my dental health; my dentist commented on it. So I replaced it with this different Waterpik model. Compared with the previous model, this one is less expensive, but does the same cleaning job just as well. Pros: the knob rotating the nozzle is better designed and easier to use; so is the nozzle release button. There is a convenient storage box, which is removable from the unit (on the previous one nozzle storage was built in and less flexible). An assortment of nozzle heads is provided. Cons: clearly much noisier than the previous more expensive model, and lacks a few bells & whistles, such as a timer; that's understandable since it is less expensive and I found I didn’t miss the extras, since the focus is still on dental cleaning, which this unit does well. The removable reservoir cover that doubles as a nozzle storage box is a bit hard to handle and is easily dropped into the reservoir if you aren't precise in placing it, which is a sanitary issue since that's the water going into your mouth. I suggest using 2 hands to make sure this doesn't happen. Overall I am quite satisfied, and hope it lasts longer than the previous one. My dentist recommended using Waterpik and I am glad he did.

This is my third WP-100. One was dropped and broke accidently. Another was filled with mold.
Vinegar must be run through once a month or so to keep out mold. In addition, I make sure I drain all liquids from the unit after every use.
I like my WaterPik and continue to use it daily.

This water pic is the best. Tried other but they didn't work as well as this one. This is the second WP-100 I have had. Last one quit after about 6 years, it is a very important part of my daily cleanings.
