It worked perfectly and replaced the need for flossing. Flossing typically resulted in painful bleeding gums. After using the WP-100, flossing did not uncover any entrapped sediment.

Excellent product that will last a long time if taken care of properly. Do not run hot water in the monthly cleaning with vinegar. Use lukewarm water. Hot water will cause plastic tube to crack and break.

We're sorry that you're not completely satisfied with the WP-100. Our flossers have sound levels appropriate for use in the bathroom. Specifically we design our products to have a sound level that is less than 70 dBA. Beyond 70 dBA we hear the sound of a toilet flush and at approaching 90 dBA we are in the range of most hair dryers. It does an excellent job leaving one’s mouth clean and fresh. It is well designed and enable the user to get to the entire mouth even on the underside of the teeth. I use it every night and it’s been beneficial for my dental cleanings. I would recommend this waterpik to anyone that wants a healthy mouth and it was recommended by the dentist.
