This was recommended by my dental assistant. I've been very happy with the waterpik. It gets food out of my gum and teeth that my toothbrush misses.
I highly recommend this as it keeps my mouth fresh and clean. My health has improved, too. Use this along with brushing and flossing and you be in great health.
Here's a tip. If you get popcorn embedded in your gum get some bubble gum. It works every time.

Bought this on the recommendation of my dental hygienist. Came with lots of different "piks", most of which I have never used. Works well. I like the adjustable water power, so you can start off gentle.
