Second Waterpik not the same as the first. I’m still trying to get use to using this one. It takes up less space on my counter but I just have the the same clean feeling I had after using my old waterpik.
Very messy with poor instructions. Awkward and clumsy to use. I'm always fumbling with the various water valves and spray settings. How is one supposed to clean the many spouts? Did I mention how messy and sloppy it is? My periodontist says "Meh"
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello-We are sorry to hear that you aren't happy with this model and are finding it awkward and messy to use. Perhaps our how-to video may be helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lWWbOqMhdQ. And here is our article on how to clean your unit: https://www.waterpik.com/product-support/articles/how-to-clean-waterpik-water-flosser-vinegar/
I like that the new Water Pic unit plugs into AC. My old Water Pic had batteries that needed frequent replacing then the unit died. The new Water Pic has more water pressure and larger water tank.
This is my second waterpik and was purchased on advice from my dentist. My teeth are too close together to brush effecently. The waterpik does a wonderful job of finishing up the work.
At no time was I told the machine would not work in my bathroom without an adapter

Hello Joseph Z - We apologize for any confusion. The Ultra model does not require an adapter, but it does need to be plugged into an active electrical outlet to power on. If you need assistance with setting up your unit, please call 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com.
I love my water pic! The only disappointing thing I can add is it didn’t come with the the tongue cleaning tool. I don't have braces that tool is a little useless. But all in all I love it!!!
I love my waterpik. The only thing that could be better is the hose that the pick is attached to. It should be longer and a little more flexible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Delbert113 - Thank you for your feedback. The hose safely extends to 30 inches and when used as recommended has proven sufficient. We appreciate your comments and will share them with the rest of the team.
