Love the way it cleans between my teeth and at the gum line. My gums are much healthier and not bleeding anymore when I brush. It has replaced flossing!
This is my second purchase of this model. Very happy with the product. Better and simpler than flossing. One negative: Prior exact same model, hose broke after a couple of years. Used only three months per year at vacation home. Not under warrantee. Otherwise very well made.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're sorry to hear about the hose on your previous unit. The hose is made of a food grade plastic that is required by the FDA as it is a water filled pathway that leads directly into your mouth. It is intended to be used regularly and doing so will prevent the hose from becoming brittle. However, if you ever need a replacement hose (outside of the three-year warranty), you can find it here: https://store.waterpik.com/collections/replacement-handle-hose
Previously had a Waterpik brand unit for many years. It wore out. Originally replaced it with an off brand unit. It failed in the first week. Took it back and bought the WP -100. Love it.
Basically good, needs design tweaks for excellence

Overall I like it. It works well for what it is meant to do: clean between teeth. I still have to floss though, as it does not get all the way up into a couple of pockets I have on my gums, especially around my implant. The water capacity is good. It is a little noisy to operate, but not horrible. Some design flaws that seem obvious to me: the lid where you store the attachments is awkward and not well designed. It does not come off easily. The electrical cord needs a way to be stowed, it is long and unwieldy on the vanity top. The cord that attaches to the handheld portion is very tightly coiled and does not rotate at the base so it can be a bit awkward while using.
