I would give the waterpik a 5 except for one problem I encountered. I don't know if I am doing something wrong but all of a sudden when I refill the tub, it would leak. I originally would remove the tub and now it leaks off and on. So, I use a cup to replenish the tank. The pik itself is great and as a first time user, I truly enjoy using it as compared to flossing. Again, if I am doing the refill correctly, an adjustment to the design to prevent leakage when removed may be needed in time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m a retired dental hygienist, and although I used to recommend waterpiks to my patients, I had never used one. I broke a tooth, and had to see a periodontist for tooth elongation and he recommended a waterpik to help my tissue in that area. I’m a believer now. My mouth has never felt so clean, nor has my tissue ever been this healthy!
I have had for four months and water is leaking everywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The black rubber plug will not stay seated in the reservoir. Water runs out the bottom. How do I get another plug?
