Stopped working after 3 months

This product worked well for about three months and I was happy with the results and then a few days ago the motor made a funny sound, I detected a burning smell and that was the last time it worked. Its now dead on my bathroom counter. Not sure how to proceed as I need it but this one is never going to work again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

poor pump reliability

i have gone through 3 of these, they work fine for about 6 months and then the pump starts to work sporadically and then it stops pumping completely. There clearly is a product quality issue.
