Feels more like a toy than an actual oral hygiene

Terrible design! The attachments don't properly lock into place and rotate while in use unless you physically hold the spindle in a stationary position while cleaning or brushing the teeth. Also, an on/off switch attached to the wand would have been a better design than placing it on the main port or canister. This device was designed with a coiled tube so that it can be used at a distance farther away from the canister, yet one has to reach out to the canister in order to cut off the water supply otherwise the water continue squirting out of the wand. So, what was the point? Additionally, once you turn off the unit, water still pours out of the wand handle. Very poor-quality product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
