The unit functions as expected. It cleans teeth well, however it seems to go through water quicker than our previous machine did. The handset is an improvement over our previous machine also.

Bought this product as recommended by dental hygienist. We are hoping to keep my gums from receding any more. This one has a variable intensity and numerous heads that come with it. It is easy to use, and now a couple of weeks in I am able to tolerate a medium intensity. Mouth does feel cleaner—hope I get improvement next dental visit.

I've used this less than 12 times and it completely stopped working. First it wouldn't send water out the tool, then it just stopped working altogether. It feels like cheap plastic and doesn't last!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
