I'm not thrilled with how often I have to replace the Waterpik countertop units at the pricepoint they're at, but I've tried less expensive knock-off brands & they just don't have the water pressure needed. I did have to try a couple of different tips before finding one that allowed all the water pressure to come through & work properly, but once I did I'm satisfied that it's doing the job as expected.

It works well. Two downsides: can't be wall mounted thus it takes up space on the counter; the pressure control is on the unit, not the wand, which makes it hard to change while using.

This Waterpik works well, I have had several over the years. My only complaint is the lid is not connected to the unit and falls into the water container easily. The lid opens to store extra flossers which I find very clumsy and adds to the chances of the lid slipping into the container and the flossers getting wet. I wished I would have bought the Aquarius model again which has been the best yet that I have bought.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
