The water container leaks. There is nothing that I can do to stop the leaking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The actual flossing process seems to work good, but this is the messiest thing I've ever used. As soon as I put the tank (with water in it) on the base, water starts leaking out of the tank, running down over the on/off switch as the power setting knob. I hope all the electrical parts are waterproof! I tried putting the tank on before adding water and it still leaks out. I am not pressing down hard on the tank at all, just seating it on the base.

Nice countertop unit to improve my gum health. The on drawback is the unit is very loud while running and takes more than one reservoir fill to effectively clean my entire mouth.
There are things I like and one thing I don't. The unit is light, the switches seem to operate very well and the reservoir holds the perfect amount. However, it does't have the same pulse strength as my previous Waterpik (WP-660C).
