need to contact customer service, this ink is printing in blue, NOT black! even though the printer preferences have been set to print in grey scale, and use only black cartidge. NOT HAPPY!

For some reasion, the # 27 Black ink won't work with my HP Officejet 5610.
( Not intendent for this printer ) is the message I get.
the Tech. was no help.
