Very good fast printer

This is a very good, fast, slightly noisy printer. I would recommend this entry-level printer to anyone who wants an inexpensive printer that does a very good job.

Easy to use

This HP printer was a replacement for a Dell printer that never worked properly. The HP menu is easy to use, with common sense design. I downloaded the APP from iTunes and my son was printing his class notes from his ipad and his smartphone. I can't recommend this printer strongly enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This one is the best for the value. It is my second one. One for work and this one for home. Prints nicely for eBay. Scans to the computer. Easy to use and easy to learn the features.

Speedy & Mac OS compatible!

I was having trouble searching for a printer that is Mac OS compatible and has high quality performance. I chose the HP deskjet based on its good reviews. It was shipped promptly (within a week), the set-up was very structured and easy. It prints super fast and better quality than my old all-in-one printer.

I received my product as expected and Customer Service matched a lower price that I found at a retailer. I have used HP computers, printers and other products for over thirty (30) years, and will continue to do so. I love HP and their products.

Trouble printing

Two of us using different computers have had trouble getting the printer to print full pages, if any at all. I have downloaded your updates and also reloaded the software. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Haven't figured it out yet!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Substandard quality

Printer appears to be of substandard construction. It just doesn't appear to be the quality of my previous printer. There is nowhere to catch the paper, so it spits the printout onto the floor or table beside it. I like the wireless features of it and it certainly works for what little I need to print. But the quality of this printer was not what I expected.
