Does the job ...but

I needed a small all in one printer, the 3520 fit that requirement. I did not need fax ability, again the 3520 fit the requirement. It does the job but is a bit noisy. To soon to tell how the ink cartridges (4) will last. Appreciate the simple setup. I am using it with a USB connection rather than wireless with no problems. Purchased in a package with a new PC so the price was right. Nicely packaged and quickly shipped.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like this printer.

This printer is much faster than my previous HP printer. I like the wireless because I can be in another area and still be able to print. It was really easy to hook up. The color on this printer is much sharper than I expected. I still have some playing to do with it, so I can't tell you about printing pictures...............yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like product but do not like that it does not have a feeder system......one page at a time is very time consuming

Excellent home printer at reasonable cost

This printer is fantastic for home use. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a sophisticated high-volume office printer, but then it doesn't have the high price tag of an office printer either. It is simple to set up - all the software is easy to install using the provided CD. I did have to telephone tech support to be sure I got the ink cartridges inserted properly, but they handled that very expeditiously. I am very happy with my economical but efficient printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs a better handbook

I had nothing but problems with this printer out of the box. My computer didn't like the auto upgrades for the driver which caused the printer to stop working. I can print from my ipod which is great as long as you don't have a paper jam.
I got everything straightened out once I had to remove a really tough piece of paper from the printer. I found out that the bottom paper tray pulls out and off for access. This is what was causing all the paper feed problems from the start. THE BOTTOM was not properly in place. Once I put it in place correctly it has not jammed since.
I only lost about 25 pieces of paper before I figured it out and was ready to send it back. All's well that ends well!

Easy to set up, Easy to use. Printed Christmas envelopes for over 100 cards, worked great. Easy to load envelopes, only 1 jammed and it was easy to remove. Hoping it lasts because so far I love this printer.
