No, CECH-25xxA is actually the model number. To locate the model and serial number of the PlayStation 3 system, look on the back of the system and locate the bar code sticker. Underneath the bar code you will see the 11-digit serial number followed by the model number which begins with "CECH". There are currently 2 "slim" models in production as of July 2010 only difference between them is the size of HDD they both have the same chipset and internal configuration..
CECH-25xxA ~ 160GB / CECH-25xxB ~ 320GB

that all depends on what type of video / music you are putting on it. An average DVD movie is 701 megabytes so if you were to use that calculation then you would get about 200 movies. But you also have to put into consideration that the 160 gigs isn't a full 160 gigs because of software updates and everything like that. I currently have 70 movies on my PS3 and still have plenty of room. There is a program that you can download on your computer that will convert any AVI or DVD movie to PS3 format so it will run smoothly and it is a little bit smaller. An average picture is about 120 kilobytes and I am not even going to do the math for that. Music files usually are around 3-10 megabytes depending on the length of the song. If you have a standard 3 to 5 minute song its going to be from 3 to 10 megabytes, if you have an hour long song you are looking at about 50 megabytes for a song. If you don't know how bytes work to megabytes to gigabytes I will explain that now
There are 1000 bytes in a megabyte
There are 1000 megabytes in a Gigabyte
There are 1000 Megabytes in a Terabyte

I hope this helped
