There is no volume adjustment for the headset only a mute on and off. However if you go into your ps4 sound settings you should be able to adjust volume.

In the Playstation home screen go to your settings and I believe it can be found in Devices. You can adjust the volume from there.

Volume is low in general with the headset but if you hit the button on controller and edit sound settings for headphones it'll boost some.

You have to go into sound settings and you can adjust there. You can also adjust mid-game using the PS button and Adjust Menu while in game.

Hope this helps.

Question

How do I get this headset to work?

I been trying to use it on DCUO for PS4 and I can hear the people talking to me but when I talk back to the other players they cannot hear anything I am saying. It's like the mic is in mute. I even made sure it was turned ON

I had the same issue when attempting to use this headset. After contacting Rocketfish Support on their forums they determined that the mic showing as "not available" meant it was a faulty unit and I was instructed to return this item. Hope it's not too late for you!

I had to purchase an additional cord straight from manufacturer and connect between controller and headset for mine to work. Currently the PS4 doesn't support bluetooth headsets so a cable for chat function with mic is needed to connect the controller to the headset.

On the PS4 go into settings and under audio make sure that you have it on "chat only", that should do the trick.

Astrogaming.com offers free chat support. They do not require purchase from them directly to receive the support.

My mic works fine with COD. Check to see that the mic itself is plugged all the way into the headset port. That happened to me initially. I did not push them in all the way. Then make sure you check all the plugs from the headset to the mixamp. There is a mute button on the wire. If the red strip is visible it is in mute mode. I do believe there is an on and off switch on the mixamp. Check it to make sure it is lit up. However, I am by no means tech savy, so if those don't work or you have already tried them hit Astro up there have been really cool to work with when I contacted them.
