No. You'll need to get a converter for dual monitors. Warning, though, it screwed up my Office when I added the 2nd monitor to the system. It's fixable, but annoying that a PC doesn't come ready to handle a minimum of 2 monitors. Wish I checked that before buying.

It does come with a trial version of Office installed. Of course, if you decided to keep Office, you'd need to pay for the license fee.

You must buy Office separately. Your previous purchase may have been a special that included the software. A lot has changed in 12 years.

answer 3
The two USB ports in the front are located behind the front left panel, which is also where the headphone jack & microphone jack are located. Its easily accessible. the front left panel has a push-button that opens it and then just push the panel door closed and it clicks shut. It enhances the discrete and professional design to have them enclosed behind the panel door.

They are indeed in the front. It actually has a little door on the left side of the front that has your 2 USB ports, an SD card slot, and your headphone and mic jacks. And for further food for thought, the right side has the disc drive.

This product has two USB 2.0 slots in the front hidden behind a 5.25" bay door, kind of like the 5.25" bay door that hides the DVD/CD burner. It also has a card reader, and headphone/microphone jacks located behind the door.
