Toshiba laptops available in the United States feature US-English keyboards and the English-language version of Microsoft Windows.
Microsoft does make Language Interface Packs (LIPs) available for different languages, not including Spanish. If you install one, many (but not all) features of Windows will be available in that Language. You can learn more about the available LIPs on Microsoft’s website here:

Spanish is not available as an LIP for the English version of Windows. It is available as a full Language Pack. To get Spanish on a US-purchased Toshiba laptop, you will most likely need to upgrade from Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate. You can use the Microsoft Windows Anytime Upgrade program and do it directly from your new Toshiba laptop. The cost is approximately $129 and is subject to change. More details are available here:

Once you upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate, you can download the Spanish Language Pack (LP) through the Windows Update feature on your laptop.
LIPs and LPs both allow you to remap your keyboard, which allows you to use the alternative characters in different languages, even though the paint on your keyboard is still that of the US keyboard.

As far as I know, no (at least not here in USA). However, you can change the configuration of the keyboard so at least it works like a spanish keyboard.

This laptop has built in wifi-that is clear. I do not see it classified as having wireless capibility, can you confirm that it does not have this spec
I understand that there is built in wi-fi on this computer. What I will like to know is if it has wireless capability, there is no category in the specifications stating that it does have this feature and I cannot find this laptop on toshiba's website to confirm its specs.

This laptop doesn't have Wireless Display capability. Take a look at the Toshiba Portege R835, Satellite E305, Satellite P755 and Satellite P775 laptops for Widi capability.
