Which system? This is the SWA-5000 wireless adapter, and it is not compatible with parts from the SWA-4000 model.

If you're looking at a specific Home Theater question, repost your question with your Home Theater model number, and we'll be happy to help.

I’m sorry you are having an issue with your device. Although with the information you have provided I do not have a solution for you; contacting Samsung Service (refer to your device's manual for more information or visit Samsung's website) would be your best next course of action.

No, the two units are not compatible. If the manual calls for a SWA-4000, the SWA-5000 will not be compatible.

If you're looking for separate channels (or stations) for different music inputs, this will not meet those needs and you may want to discuss your options with your local Best Buy salesperson on receivers that have separate regions.

The wireless module is for two of the speakers to be wirelessly transmitted.
