How does TFT touchscreen differ from HD screen on the Tab 4?

And exactly what is TFT (define the acronym)? Is it best to use a stylus rather than a finger on the touchscreen?

Well it seems that the only ones that got USB 3.0 are the Tab Pro 12.2 and the Note Pro 12.2.

I've seen the batteries going for $100-130 bucks on eBay. Something like the Galaxy tab though, I wouldn't cheap skate on. I've seen my purchase as an investment to last so quality battery replacement through a reputable dealer would be my option. As far as going through Samsung however, I'm sure they would charge an arm and a leg. If your somewhat handy, and patient, do it yourself. https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Samsung+Galaxy+Tab+Battery+Replacement/6519

Good luck

While Best Buy is an authorized service provider for most brands, we do not provide repair services for mobile phones not covered by a Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plan. If you do not have GSP coverage for your phone, then you would need to contact your service provider or the phone's manufacturer for service and support.

Make sure it it turned on in Settings -> Device -> Multi window.

Go back to your home screen and either swipe your finger from the right edge of the screen or press and hold the Back key to access the multi window tray.

From there just click or drag the applications you want to open. You can open up to 2 on the 8.4 tablet.

Two ways.. Either from the right side of your screen slide your finger left and it will open up the multi window feature icon.. Also you can swipe down from the top of the screen which brings down your notification bar. On the top right corner you will see an icon with 3 boxes (right next to settings icon). Tap that and it will open a series of functions which one of them is the multi window icon.

The Pro has a much higher resolution camera front and back. It feels higher quality even though the back is still plastic with a fake metal band around it. Most important is that its screen 2560 x 1600 resolution vs 720p for the Tab 3. All of this plus the processor is slightly faster to handle the pixels.

How long does the battery last before it needs to be replaced?

To clarify I don't mean how long it runs on a charge I mean how long until the battery has to actually be replaced with a new battery. Thanks!

Since they cost about the same, the tab pro is a better choice. It has more ram and a faster processor. Also it has a bigger screen with better resolution and pixel density, a better camera (8mp vs the tab'style 3mp ) with flash and longer battery life.

Most noticeable is increased screen resolution. The screen is also slightly larger. This can make it difficult to find a case you like. The speed is faster ( even though I can't tell by exactly how much). This may or may not matter depending on what you use your tablet for. Their is more built in processor memory which helps keep things from bogging down if you get lots of stuff running.

Got mine on sale for only $75 more than the other and consider it a great deal.
