You can, but I would not recommend it at all. You would need to buy a VGA to HDMI adapter, which runs about 20 bucks from what I have seen. The picture will not be as clear as you think. If you are wanting a monitor to play your PS3, I would look at one that has a HDMI input. this one does not. I would recommend a monitor like the HP pavilion 23" LED monitor. It would work much better.

All monitors are compatible with every version of windows. That is not an issue. As long as your PC has either a VGA or DVI-D connector on your graphics card, it will work for your PC.

Yes, the monitor is Plug and Play. The monitor does not have an audio jack for speakers. The speakers would need to be plugged into your computers audio jack.

This monitor does not have audio inputs or outputs. The only way to connect your speakers would be to connect them to your PC Directly with the use of a sound card.

Well i dont see industry standard mounts on the back but if you make your own mount should be easy enough, the stand can be removed completely. The monitors weight and stuff... well its slim and light. A small child could toss it around. Its 1.9kg so thats ... google... 4.18 lb

Yes. Any PC with a video output either direct via VGA or DVI-D or adapted. Those two connection types cover most PC's in the world, and I suspect by no slim margin, and the rest can be adapted relatively painlessly.

Monitors are designed to run on industry standards and are essentially device independent. The monitor doesn't care what its connected to. If your device, in this case a PC, can output video within the displays acceptable resolution and frequency, in this case definitely yes, than the display will work, doesn't matter what brand of computer or monitor. This display has VGA and DVI-D input connectors, both long established industry standards and should be able to connect within reason to most computers on the planet. The ones it cant connect to directly almost certainly can be connected with an adapter, like an HDMI to DVI cable or adapter. If you have a choice use the DVI-D. It is a digital connection and should provide superior image quality to the elder but widely available VGA connector. If nothing more it will be more stable.
