I'm very sorry for the confusion, and allow me to clarify. The UN32EH4000 will indeed offer a dedicated "Sleep" button on the remote control. The instructions I posted previously were instructions on how to access the sleep timer through the TV itself, which for most Samsung TVs is the most common way to access it. But yes, the UN32EH4000 will indeed offer a Sleep button on the remote as well.

From the available information, the UN32EH4000 will actually only offer a Digital Optical Audio Output and will not support an Analogue RCA Audio Output. Please contact a Best Buy representative for more information on purchasing an audio converter.

All UN, PN and LN units (North American Units) will only have support for NTSC/ATSC/QAM broadcasting systems and NA power systems. Since the NA TVs will not accept a PAL signal or Non-NA voltages, you will not only need a converter for the broadcast, but also for the power if you would like to use the TV in a PAL country. Unfortunately, I will not be able to recommend a specific converter since Samsung cannot offer support for products we do not manufacture.
