technically LED are the same thing as LCD. the difference is how they light the screen. from my personal experience an LED will give you a more vibrant picture, but they also tend to oversaturate colors abit. LCDs will often times give you more natural colors, and tend to be cheaper to purchase. The best thing you can do is go to a store and look at the tvs and see what you like better. in terms of LED i personally like Sharp, but the samsung models i have seen also look very good.

Can you stream pandora through your wireless internet?

If I purchased this tv, would I be able to stream Pandora through my wiresless internet? I noticed that it wasn't one of the featured apps.

Thank you for your interest in the LC42LE540U Sharp television. The DLNA feature currently doesn’t support streaming from Pandora. Any content that is streamed using the home network will need come from your Windows Media Player shared folder.
