Question

Screw size

I just got NS-39L240A13 tv (it was on sale because it was an open box) and there are no base stand screws and no base column screws (like someone took them out, then returned the TV and they sold it to me). The four base ones are M5 10 or 12 i guess, but the ones that connect the TV to the base colum i cannot tell. seems the two top ones are M4, but i'm not sure on the length, and the 2 botom ones are even smaller, and again no idea on length. Anyone knows the size of screws i need?

This TV features a Clear-QAM tuner which should provide channel access without a cable box. Consult your cable provider for more information.

You will need to rerun the Setup Wizard. To do this, restore your TV to factory defaults by entering the on screen Menu and selecting Settings, then Rest to Default. Exit the Menu and turn your TV off. When you turn it back on, you should be prompted to set up your TV as if for the first time. When prompted, set Retail Banner and Power On in Vivid Mode to OFF.

Your TV will display the signal it receives, which in this case is standard definition programming from your provider. In order to display programming in HD, you will need to upgrade your cable service.

In the manual the TV comes with, there are instructions for adding an Input, like HDMI or AV/Component. You have to add the input first.

If you can't switch between other inputs it means either your input connectors on the TV don't work, the connection cables or if for instance you have connected your PS3 or other gaming console to the TV, then it won't allow you to switch to them unless the gaming console is turned on.

You didn't provide much detail of what you already tried, but the buttons are at the top - its not like alot of other remotes where there is an input button - just choose - HDMI, or one of the other choices. If you are already doing that I would replace batteries. Make sure the device you have hooked up is on before you switch, jusst to make sure. Hope this helps.
