Question

15 in 1 media reader

I am feeling really stupid here. The specs state there is a 15 in 1 media reader. I just bought this the other day, might not have if it didn't have a media reader. I don't see it. Where is it? Is it behind a door?

it has a 300w power supply. if the 6950 requires more power than the pcie can supply (needs a 6 pin cable) then you may want to check the power requirements for the card itself.

ATI Radeon 6850 or a Nvidia GeForce 510xt.
However, for this tower you will need to buy a new power supply, as the stock has a measily 330W.

Question

What is the real maximum amount of ram the this pc can take?

I found this link to HP'S OWN site that states very clearly that this machine can only max out at 16gb. If you scroll down more than halfway you can read for yourself.
Now all the info for this pc states that you can max out at 32gb, but HP'S own site says no.

As is, no. The graphics card pre-installed only has one output. So you would need to replace the video card...but for the price it's still worth it in my opinion.
