If this gets posted I will be shocked....
But if you install the Anroid App FoxFi it will create a free wifi hotspot on your phone. I do it everyday to use with my wifi only iPad.
There is no extra charge from AT&T but be careful, this is an LTE phone and can use a LOT of data. I have the unlimited data still so I don't care.

Please disrearg Mr. Samsung's answer, it is wrong.
While on WiFi, AT&T doesn't charge for data.

You would still need a plan and coverage for this phone to work.

Absolutely! WiFi by its very nature is an open standard that will allow you to access any protected and non-protected wireless network with out incurring any fees while in your own home (fees may apply when connecting to a retail wireless hotspot).

The screen will automatically turn on and a set of options will be displayed which will allow you to answer or reject the call.

As with all other Android cell phones, when a call comes in on the Galaxy Exhilarate 4G, the screen will automatically turn on and a set of options will be displayed which will allow you to answer or reject the call.
