Question

Can tablet be charged by plugging into regular wall socket at home or hotel?

Thinking of buying tablet but am wondering if, when I'm traveling, there is a connection for charging into a regular electrical wall socket. When I looked at the store, there was only a connection for charging through a computer USB connection.

You get a special adapter (comes with the tablet) for the usb cable to plug and charge the tablet in a wall socket. Also, you can plug the tablet into a pc to transfer files, etc. But, it does not charge like that. Only from the wall.

The Note 10.1 will come included with a USB charging/transfer cable that should be used in conjunction with the included USB wall outlet adapter for charging.

Since the Note 10.1 is not an Apple product, Siri will not be available. However, there are many different Siri like apps available on the Google Play Store (accessible directly on the Note 10.1).

There are a few ways you can transfer content from a PC to the Note 10.1. The two most common ways to do so is to either just drag and drop the files on to the Note 10.1 while the tablet is connected to the PC via USB cable, or by using the Samsung Kies program. The first way would be just like using the Note 10.1 as a USB flash drive, while the second way would require you to download Kies from Samsung's website.

As long as you do not upgrade from ICS to Jelly Bean, you can watch Flash. There is no update out yet for this tab, but when it comes out, avoid it.

You can also upload your own movies and videos onto it via your computer or cloud software

Although the Android OS will no longer natively support FLASH (this is specific to the OS and not the Samsung products), there are still apps like Netflix and Hulu+ that will allow you to view content on the Note 10.1.

As a matter of fact, there are a few features that will allow you to control your Samsung TV through the tablet or that will allow you to share content from the tablet onto the TV. The first is AllShare, which comes preloaded on the Note 10.1. AllShare allows you to share content on your Note 10.1 with the TV over network. You can also connect the Note 10.1 to the TV via HDMI using the HDTV adapter (sold separately). Samsung also offers the Samsung Remote App (acts as a remote control) and Smart View App (view what is on your TV on your Note 10.1 as well) on the Google Play Store. All of these features are subject to the TV's support. Please consult your TV's manual for more information.

There is not a 3G note tablet for T-Mobile at this time. Your best bet would be to get a T-Mobile hotspot to use with the wifi version of this tablet.

I'm sorry, but I do not understand what you mean by "Memory System". If you are referring to why type of memory the Note 10.1 uses, then it would be a solid type "flash" memory. If you are referring to the system memory, then the Note 10.1 should offer 2GB of RAM memory. If this does not answer your question, please write back in and I'll try my best to answer your new question.

Go into Adobe Flash Player Archives. Under the Android 4.0 category, download Adobe Flash Player Version 11.1.115.34.. It took me a few tries before I was successful, but I now have Flash, thank goodness.

As of August, Adobe has announced they will no longer support FLASH on the Android Operating System. This means that the Note 10.1, and all other Android devices, will no longer offer native FLASH support.
