From what I understand of that game, it will run decently on this system, I loaded up warcraft on mine and it ran at around 60fps on the medium to high detail settings. If you're into serious gaming, you may want to look at something with a better graphics card and larger power supply than this one has stock since the upgrades to those two items may set you back another $150-200

Can I get Windows 7 installed with this PC instead of Windows 8. I want a stable OS and don't want the touch screen features of Windows 8. If yes what would be the cost difference if any. A simple yes or no answer would be greatly apprecicated.

Thanks!

Windows 8 is great except that the new user should have to take familiarity tour to get used with it. It is a matter of adjustment and trying to learn new things or tricks.

Short answer - Yes

Medium Answer - Canyourunit.com

Long answer - Even if it could (and it will) in fact run guild wars 2, you would not want it to. Guild Wars 2 is the crappiest excuse for an MMO i have seen in recent years. there is 0 endgame (Which is what everyone plays MMOs for) and countless bugs that are neglected to be fixed because the devs recieve no money except what you pay for the box and the game. try a GOOD MMO instead like SWTOR or FFXI.

No, unfortunately this does not have a lightscribe drive in it. Very few computers do anymore as this feature did not sell well.

Yes. There are 2 empty memory slot and it uses widely available DDR3 at PC3-12800 speed are the present modules, and the MB from my research can support up to 1866 modules. There is room for additional internal storage. There is a free PCI-X x16 slot for a video card and should be enough space in there for a good grade card. I suspect the power-supply while not beefy will manage with a bus powered card just fine, but if you want one that requires dedicated power connections you may need a new PSU. I tried a card in the machine, a bus powered one, and it worked. I have ordered some expansion memory that I found onsale and am waiting for it, but foresee no reasonable problem with the installation. There are some x1 pcix slots in there too, 3 of them, but you likely would not be able to use them all if you get a big video card.

Out of the box, and I am not demanding super high frame rates, the machine plays SWTOR at very high on my 1600x900 monitor at a personally acceptable rate, WOW on ultra with AA on just fine, old games like Ghost recon 2 like a champ, Global Agenda with goodies on, Dead Island at max quality just fine. It should get most people by for a bit. Its an APU system, graphics on the die with the cpu, you can upgrade the APU too, if you want, presently the max it supports is the biggest A10 version.
