sounds like a bad audio card. you could also try changing the input to an unused one, then hitting the Netflix button. see if that resolves your issue.

Question

does it use RF active 3D glasses that is universal?

In 2012, major brands decided to standardized the active 3D technology. I currently have Samsung and Panasonic 3D TV's and six 3D glasses (2 samsung and 4 panasonic). All of the glasses work for either TV. Now is this Sharp TV using the same type of active 3D glasses which is RF (bluetooth) instead of IR? if so, will other brand 3D glasses work for it? if not, that is a deal breaker

To my knowledge you can only use Sharp glasses. The instructions say only to use Sharp but that could be so you only buy theirs. The TV does come with 2 pairs though.

Yes you can! I tried "i Heart Radio" but I am a Pandora One user. I've been listening all afternoon! There is a slight skip every now and then but it could be related to the station/internet service. However, while radio stations are simple to get to and play, this TV is not really made for browsing the internet. There are 2 options: clicking up, down, left, right with the remote as a mouse might move and also "spatial navigation" where clicking up or down, etc. will select any linked or highlighted text in order to select it. It's awkward but gets the job done in order to enjoy a little browsing. But for a TV, I think that's pretty good internet!
