SanDisk recently bumped the Extreme line from Class 6 to Class 10. There may be some older stock in the channel so if you are looking for Class 10 cards you will need to physically see the card to see what is printed on the label. Please be aware Class 10 cards are not compatible with all older hosts.

Class Rating indicates the minimum guaranteed speed for SD/SDHC cards. A Class 6 card has a minimum speed of 6MB/s in the same way that a Class 10 indicates 10MB/s.
